Our Engineer Team

HEE and EMCEL have together +15 engineers; all graduates from top German technical universities with degrees in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Process Engineering, Green Energies and Automotive Engineering. The team has 2-20 years of experience in the fields of new energy technologies, product development, engineering and consulting. Team members have published many professional articles and studies for European public organizations.

Stephan Duch

Managing Director

​

  • MBA, University of Western Australia, was awarded International Student of the Year 2001.

 

  • Responsible for collaboration with European hydrogen technical partners and financing.

 

  • Responsible for business development and joint ventures in China.

​

  • Worked for large international companies such as Bucyrus and voestalpine since 2002, focussing on Strategy, Finance, Controlling and Sales.

​​

  • With 10 years of work experience in China, acted as CFO&CEO for a European-Chinese JV with over 300 employees; achieved over 600mCNY yearly turnover.

Marcel Corneille

Managing Director

​

  • Dipl.Ing. in mechanical engineering, University of applied sciences of Cologne and Hamburg, Germany.

​

  • Responsible for HEE CHP FC-System design and manufacturing process as well as evaluation and planning of comprehensive hydrogen infrastructures.

​

  • Founder and Managing Director of EMCEL Engineering, 2008 on going.

​

  • Has extensive knowledge and experience in fuel cell system development and hydrogen infrastructure application. Filed 13 patents during his career

​

  • Worked for Daimler AG, NuCellSys GmbH and Ballard Power Systems AG, in the field of fuel cell systems development from 1998 until 2007.​
